SA001 course (Overhead Safety)

This course will give your engineers the knowledge, skills and experience needed to gain their SA001 (Overhead Safety) accreditation.

About SA001(Overhead Safety)

The SA001 course, also known as the "Overhead Safety course," is designed for telecoms engineers working on the Openreach network, including PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access). It's specifically tailored for those using ladders and MEWPs to work on external overhead infrastructure, such as poles.

This training covers three main areas: ladder safety, pole checking and climbing, and joint user poles. Completing the course ensures participants are trained and accredited to meet the Openreach Overhead Safety and PIA Overhead Safety requirements.
