A new Activities table to manage your work in one place
Activities now live in a sortable, filterable table — with saved views and smart navigation to get you to the right place fast.
You can now view and manage all activities across your organisation in a single table. Sort and filter by any column — reason, priority, status, who it's shared with, and more — and add inline notes directly to any row without leaving the table.
Unread activities are clearly highlighted, and resolved activities can be marked as unresolved if needed.
For large volumes of activity, the table paginates up to 100 rows per page and remembers your position when you navigate away and come back.
If you work with the same slice of activities regularly, save it as a named view with your filters and column configuration — then switch between views instantly without reconfiguring the table each time.
Clicking the arrow on any row takes you directly to the right context for that activity: the accreditation record, the form response, the imports page, or the worker profile. It also marks the activity as read automatically.
