Here's how Visibly's team got on at The Health & Safety Event 2026 in Birmingham.

We just got back from three days at The Health & Safety Event at the NEC in Birmingham.
The Health and Safety Event is always a great mix of industry partners, groups like IOSH and NEBOSH but also the innovators bringing fresh ideas to the market. The fusion of having everyone together for a few days is always super interesting. You don't really get that mix anywhere else in the UK calendar for HSEQ.

On AI: I went in genuinely curious about how the safety profession is using AI. The last 6 to 12 months have shifted things fast, and HSEQ teams are right on the front line of it. Almost every conversation we had landed in the same place: half the room being skeptical, half over-optimistic, and very few people clear on where AI actually fits in their workflow.
What we talked about: Twenty or thirty other software providers were on the floor, and most were selling roughly the same thing. Most providers are selling off-the-shelf software whereas we sell a solution to a specific problem. That means moulding around the workflows, policies, procedures and accredited management systems teams have already built, plugging the gaps, and cutting the admin so people can get back to the work that actually matters.
Seeing your customers in real life and hearing about how they've been getting on, what's changed since we last spoke, what they're trying to do next is something you can't always replicate on a call.
It was great to see Lindsay from Danone; Kieron, Chris and Sophie from GeoAccess and Anthony from Domestic & General!

To all HSEQ leaders, directors and practitioners who came over for a chat - thanks for the time, and looking forward to picking these conversations back up properly!
If you missed us - Visibly is a compliance automation platform built for HSEQ teams in regulated industries. We give them one live view across the workforce, training, incidents, inspections, audits, comms. So instead of waiting on the next monthly export to spot a problem, they're seeing it as it happens and acting on it.
